Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Airline rules apply

Every ticket is governed by the fare rules of the airline that issued it. Some tickets are fully refundable, some allow changes for a fee, and many low-cost or basic fares are non-refundable.

2. 24-hour cancellation

For many flights to or from the United States, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking without airline penalty, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before departure. Call us as soon as possible to request this.

3. Changes

Date, time or route changes may involve an airline change fee plus any difference in ticket price. Our specialist will tell you the full amount before making any change.

4. Refunds

• Refundable tickets are refunded to the original form of payment once the airline releases the funds.
• Airlines typically process refunds within 7–20 business days; some may take longer.
• Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for a travel credit with the airline instead.
• Our service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued, unless required by law.

5. Airline cancellations & schedule changes

If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to rebooking or a refund under the airline's policy and applicable regulations. We will help you with the options available.
